Ryan Dow (born 7 June 1991 in Dundee) is a Scottish footballer who currently plays as a striker for Scottish Premiership club Dundee United.

Career

A regular in the Dundee United youth side, Dow made his debut for the Dundee United first team in the May 2010 match at home to Rangers, setting up United's goal in the 2-1 defeat. He was also named man of the match.

Dow was then loaned to Forfar for the last few months of the 2010/11 season,[1] where he had a fairly successful spell, playing 12 matches and scoring three goals.[2]

He scored his first senior goal for Dundee United on 20 September 2011, when he opened the scoring in a League Cup tie against Airdrie United.[3] Dow signed an extended contract in October 2011.[4] His first league goal came on the 11 May 2012 as he netted in a 2-1 win over Inverness.[5]
