Robert L. "Rusty" White (born July 1945 in Newton, Mississippi) is the founder of the Robb Report, a magazine he created while studying art at the University of Mississippi in 1965. The Robb Report was originally a newsletter entitled Twentieth Century Confederates. White sold The Robb Report in 1983.[1]
