Rune Eriksen (born January 13, 1975) is a Norwegian Spellemann-award winning[2] musician and composer. He is best known as the former guitarist in the black metal band Mayhem under the stage name Blasphemer, which he took from a Sodom song. He joined the band in 1995, but parted ways in late 2008.[3] He also plays in various other Norwegian bands: In Silence, Aura Noir,[4] Nader Sadek, Mezzerschmitt, and the Portuguese band Ava Inferi. He resides in Portugal.
