Ruma (Bengali: রুমা) is an Upazila of Bandarban District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh.
Geography
Ruma is located at 22°03′00″N 92°25′00″E / 22.0500°N 92.4167°E. It has 3650 units of household and total area 492.1 km².
Demographics
As of the 1991 Bangladesh census, Ruma has a population of 19001. Males constitute 54.27% of the population, and females 45.73%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 10144. Ruma has an average literacy rate of 27.8% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate.[1]

Ruma has 4 Unions/Wards, 14 Mauzas/Mahallas, and 155 villages.
Tourist spot
Bogalake,Keokradong,Tojidong,Nilgiri,Rijuk Waterfall are the main tourist spot in Ruma Upazila.
