Rui Bandeira

Rui Pedro Neto de Mello Bandeira (born July 25, 1973, Nampula) is a Portuguese singer. He is best known for representing his country in the 1999 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Como tudo começou. He placed 21st with 12 Points.^[1]
