The Rufous-winged Tanager (Tangara lavinia) is a species of bird in the Thraupidae family. It is found in Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and heavily degraded former forest.
