Ruellia vindex (syn. Dipteracanthus vindex, Nees, Ruellia geminiflora var. angustifolia) is an plant native of Cerrado vegetation of Brazil, Guyana and Venezuela. This plant is cited in Flora Brasiliensis by Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius.
