Rudlice is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.80 square kilometres (1.47 sq mi), and has a population of 109 (as at 2005).
Rudlice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Znojmo, 49 km (30 mi) south-west of Brno, and 174 km (108 mi) south-east of Prague.
