Ruby Miller (born August 1992) is a Welsh racing cyclist from Llantwit Major.

She began competing as a triathlete at the age of 10 as her mother was a coach with the Maindy Triathlon club in Cardiff. During the 2008-2009 Track Cycling season Ruby competed in the Revolution (cycling series) Future Stars Series at the Manchester Velodrome. She took a number of impressive race victories throughout the season and won the series overall in February 2009.
