Roy Phillips (b.February 12, 1943 d.March 23, 2002) was Director, System Design and Integration at Cessna Aircraft Co. in Wichita, Ks. He was employed at Cessna Aircraft Co. for 38 years. He was a longtime contributor to the Wichita State University athletic department. His family has set an Engineering scholarship for WSU baseball student athletes.
