Roy's is an upscale American restaurant chain owned and operated by Bloomin' Brands. They specialize in Hawaiian and Asian fusion cuisine, with a focus on seafood. The chain was founded by Roy Yamaguchi in 1988 in Honolulu, Hawaii.[3] The concept was well received among critics upon inception.[4]
Those restaurants outside the State of Hawai'i and Pebble Beach, California are owned and operated by Bloomin' and Yamaguchi does not exercise control over the quality of those restaurants.
