Rowy [ˈrɔvɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Barciany, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south of Barciany, 7 km (4 mi) north of Kętrzyn, and 70 km (43 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
