Rouské is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.31 square kilometres (2.05 sq mi), and has a population of 230 (as at 3 July 2006).
Rouské lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) east of Přerov, 41 km (25 mi) east of Olomouc, and 252 km (157 mi) east of Prague.
