Rory Dames is an American soccer manager and currently managing Chicago Red Stars.

Early life

He is a Chicago native.

Managerial Career

He began coaching the Red Stars in 2011, reaching the WPSL Finals and losing only by the narrowest of margins in overtime. He is also active in the national youth soccer scene as Director of Coaching for Eclipse Select since 1996. ^[1]
