Roger Sims

Roger Edward Sims (born 27 January 1930) is a British Conservative politician. He was MP for Chislehurst between February 1974 and May 1997, when he retired. He was Parliamentary Private Secretary to William Whitelaw MP during Margaret Thatcher's government.
