Roger Miret (born June 30, 1964)[1] is the vocalist for New York Hardcore band Agnostic Front [2] as well as the street punk group Roger Miret and the Disasters,[3] and the hardcore band The Alligators. He was born in Cuba.
Agnostic Front is considered to be one of the bands that created New York hardcore. Miret was incarcerated on a drug charge in the late 1980s.[4] He is also the older half-brother of Madball spearhead, Freddy Cricien.
Strength Records
In 2012 Onno Cro-Mag from Aardschok magazine (Holland) and Miret started the hardcorelabel Strength Records.[5] Unfortunately Onno Cro-Mag (real name: Onno van Ravensteijn) died on February 25, 2013, at age 49.[6][7]
