Roderick Leon Milstead (born November 10, 1969 in Washington, D.C.) is a former American football guard in the National Football League for the San Francisco 49ers and the Washington Redskins. He played college football at Delaware State University. Milstead was drafted in the fifth round of the 1992 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys. Milstead attended Lackey High School, in Indian head , Maryland. He also came back to coach the lackey chargers and lead them to 2 state appearances at ravens stadium .
