Robyn Johannes (born 23 June 1986 in Cape Town, Western Cape) is a South African football (soccer) defender who plays for Premier Soccer League club Orlando Pirates and South Africa.

Personal

Johannes was born in Mitchell's Plain/Strandfontein Village on the Cape Flats.

He went to Dennegeur Avenue Primary School and thereafter Muizenberg High School.

He performed in the local teams including Parker's FC and Wolvahampton / Wolves.

He then made a career move to Hellenic Football Academy and progressed to greener pastures.

He had been moulded since Primary School into a football orientated lifestyle playing constantly whether it be on the playground or represented school colours with friends to guide him including names like Marc Adendorff and Umr Jansen too mention but a few.

His hard work and dedication to the sport paid off.

International career
