Roberto José Rosales Altuve (pronounced: [roˈβeɾto xoˈse roˈsales alˈtuβe]) born 20 November 1988, is a Venezuelan footballer playing for FC Twente.[1] He normally plays as a defender in a right back position, but can also play on the right side of midfield.

Rosales previously played for Caracas FC and AA Gent. He was the first Venezuelan footballer to score in the UEFA Champions League.[2]
