Roberto Jalnaiz (born November 15, 1966) is a retired amateur boxer from the Philippines, who won the gold medal at the 1990 Asian Games in the men's bantamweight ( 54 kg) division. He represented his native country twice at the Summer Olympics: in 1988 and 1992.

Jalnaiz was the only Filipino gold medalist in the 11th Asian Games held in Beijing, China in 1990. In 1991, he also won gold during the 12-nation Asian Invitational Boxing Championship in Bangkok, Thailand and another gold medal during the 1991 Southeast Asian Games in Manila.[citation needed]
