Riverside Partners is an American investment firm, specializing in private equity, based in Boston. Riverside Partners develops and manages private equity investment products in middle market healthcare and technology companies. Founded in 1989, Riverside Partners has managed more than $700 million in investments in over 55 companies. The firm is currently focused on companies with revenues between $20 –$200 million and with $5 – $25 million of EBITDA.[1]
