Rita McKeough

Rita McKeough is a Canadian interdisciplinary artist[1] who frequently works in installation and performance.

She was born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, 1951. McKeough completed her BFA at the University of Calgary in 1975 and her MFA at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in 1979.[2] She currently teaches at Alberta College of Art and Design and resides in Calgary, Alberta.[3] She was the winner of a 2009 Governor General's Awards in Visual and Media Arts.[4]
