Ringvål is a village in the municipality of Trondheim in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. The village is located at the mouth of the Gaula River between Heimdal and Spongdal. The 0.25-square-kilometre (62-acre) village has a population (2009) of 440. The population density of the village is 1,760 inhabitants per square kilometre (4,600 /sq mi).[1]
