Richard Alan Parker (born March 20, 1963, in Kansas City, Missouri) was a Major League Baseball outfielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers, San Francisco Giants, New York Mets and Houston Astros. He played from 1985 to 1998. He played college baseball for the University of Texas at Austin.
