Enrico "Rick" Giancola (born September 18, 1946) is the current head football coach for the Montclair State University Red Hawks in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. He has been at this position since 1983, making him the owner of the most wins and the longest-tenured coach in MSU football history. Through the 2011 season he has compiled an overall record of 209–91–2, including 10 New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) outright or co-championships.
