Fruit Heights, Utah

In 2007, the Gerber family purchased closed on a home with Richmond American in Fruit Heights, Utah. The city had issued a stop work order days before the closing. Fruit Heights then filed a notice to vacate in the next year.[4]

A controversy between the company and the family then ensued.[4]
