Rhea Bailey is an English actress. She is the younger sister of singer Corinne Bailey Rae. Her father is Kittitian and her mother is English.

Her television roles include Chloe Simms on the soap opera Crossroads, former student Yasmin Deardon in BBC school drama Waterloo Road, Jade in the Torchwood episode "Out of Time", and Jazz in the movie Credo (also known as The Devil's Curse).

Between June 2008 and August 2010 she appeared as Police Constable Mel Ryder in the ITV police drama The Bill.[1] Bailey has previously played a police officer in her role as DC Lisa Goodall in the ITV series Blue Murder.[2]
