Rezo Chkheidze (born 8 December 1926) is a Georgian film director. He has directed twelve films since 1953. His 1964 film Father of a Soldier was entered into the 4th Moscow International Film Festival.[1] His 1972 film The Saplings was entered into the 8th Moscow International Film Festival where it won a Diploma.[2]
