Reynolds Secondary School is a public secondary school in the Greater Victoria suburb of Saanich, British Columbia, Canada. It has specialized programs including Flexible Studies, French Immersion, Band, and Centre for Soccer Excellence. Along with these, Reynolds also offers many Career Planning programs such as CP Theatre, CP Art, CP Recreation, CP Tourism, CP Journalism and CO-OP. Reynolds Marching Band is one of the best in the city. Reynolds also boasts the worlds first "Chamber of Understanding". Reynolds also has an excellent theatre program which has brought us musicals such as, Music Man (2011), Bye Bye Birdie (2012), and How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying (2013). Ironically, schools the world over have already been teaching how to succeed in business this way. It's called a business degree.
Reynolds is an active supporter of the Cops for Cancer fundraiser of the Canadian Cancer Society, known to hold various fundraisers such as car washes, head shaves, and bake sales to raise donations for the cause. In 2010, students and staff raised over $52,000 for the cause, in 2011, over $80,000 and in 2012 over 101,000.
