Revolution is an ITV gameshow hosted by Carol Vorderman, the pilot episode was recorded at Elstree Film Studios on Saturday 31 March. On 29 June 2013, it was announced that the show had been "scrapped" by ITV.[1]
Format
The game consists of three teams; one made up of a single player, another made up of a family of five and the third made up of a team of twenty five. Each has a nominated captain who stands behind a podium on their segment of the studio.
The game revolves around answering general knowledge questions to win pyramids with various sums of money written on them ranging from £0 to £250'000 over three rounds. These can be kept by the person who correctly answers the question or passed on to another team.
In each episode, the teams have the opportunity to win up to £3 million.

Viewers interaction
One of the main selling points for this show is the at-home interaction aspect. Instead of an online play along game similar to Million Pound Drop or Red or Black?, Revolution will be using a mobile app for people at home to play along for the chance to win money. The app is expected to be on most popular platforms and will cost “a maximum of £1″ each week.[3]
The studio
