Revythia |
Revythia (Gk. Ρεβύθια) is a Greek dish consisting of chickpeas baked with onions in a quantity of olive oil and flavoured with bay leaf and rosemary. Traditionally, the pot is taken to be cooked overnight in the local bakery (φουρνος) oven. Eaten throughout the winter months, Revythia is a good Lenten food. [1]
