Retard Disco is a Los Angeles-based record label operated in the United States. The label first began with two debut releases by 14 Year Old Girls and Hawnay Troof in 2003.

Many of the artists on the label have been associated with other notable, independent bands, including Manda Rin (from Bis), Younger Lovers (featuring Brontez Purnell from Gravy Train!!!!), Partyline (featuring Allison Wolfe, from Bratmobile), Hawnay Troof (featuring Vice Cooler, from xbxrx), and Signals (featuring Bill Gray and Jon Gray, from The Mae Shi). Before Ty Segall achieved success as a solo artist, Retard Disco released two albums by his first band, Epsilons. Bark Bark Bark's Jacob Cooper subsequently joined The Mae Shi as a member and Wavves as a touring member.

Henry Rollins has been a vocal fan of the label, frequently playing Retard Disco releases on his radio show and citing the label, alongside Dischord, Ipecac, and Matador, as being current personal favorites.[1][2]
