Renato Arapi (born 28 August 1986 in Sukth, Durrës) is an Albanian professional footballer who currently plays for KS Skenderbeu Korce in the Albanian Superliga.

He has played as a defender throughout his entire career and his main position is left-back.

Career

Early career

Arapi began playing football in 1993 for local club KS Teuta Durrës. He represented Teuta in all of the youth stages of the club including at 17s and 19s level. After having spent nine years at his hometown club Arapi received an offer from one of Albania's biggest clubs KS Dinamo Tirana in 2002. He moved away from Teuta without breaking into the first team and without making a single senior appearance for the club.

Dinamo (2002–2005)

Arapi moved to Dinamo in the summer of 2002 and quickly began to train with the senior side that included players such as Daniel Xhafa, Ilion Lika.

Trial

Arapi was on trial at Russian Premier League side PFC Spartak Nalchik during the Albanian winter break in January 2010.
