René Lorain (19 March 1900 – 25 October 1984) was a French athlete who mainly competed in the men's 100 metres. He was born in Reims, Marne.
Lorain competed for France in the 1920 Summer Olympics held in Antwerp, Belgium in the 4 x 100 metre relay, where he won the silver medal with his team mates René Tirard, René Mourlon and Émile Ali-Khan.
