Relational goods

Relational goods are goods that cannot be enjoyed alone. Examples would include participation in a choir, soccer team, or some group volunteer activity. The concept is believed to have been introduced by Carole Uhlaner.[1] There is some relation between this idea and the model of Joint Production, or the concept of "crowding in".
