Reinhold Kauder (born January 30, 1950 in Bückeburg) is a West German slalom canoer who competed in the late 1960s and early 1970s. At the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, he won a silver medal in the C-1 event.

Kauder also won four medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with two golds (C-1: 1971, C-1 team: 1969) and two silvers (C-1: 1969, C-1 team: 1971).
