Reinhard Höppner

Reinhard Höppner (born 1948 in Haldensleben) is a German politician (SPD).[1]
He was Minister-President of Saxony-Anhalt from July 1994[1] until May 16, 2002, when he was succeeded by Wolfgang Böhmer.[2]
