Reina Hispanoamericana 2011, the 21st Reina Hispanoamericana beauty pageant, will be held in Santa Cruz, Bolivia on October 27, 2011. Twenty-two delegates from the Americas and the Iberian peninsula will compete for the title.
Caroline Medina of Venezuela crowned her successor at the end of the event.
