Regan Elizabeth Hartley is an American from Dover, New Hampshire. Born in 1990, she was crowned Miss New Hampshire 2011 and will represent her state in the Miss America pageant in January 2012 with an anti-bullying platform. Hartley, has joined forces with nhbullywatch.org and helped to pass a bill through the New Hampshire state house to protect kids against bullying in schools 2010.[1] She was named as First-Runner Up to the Quality of Life Award at the Miss America 2012 pageant.[2]
