The Red-rumped Wheatear or Buff-rumped Wheatear (Oenanthe moesta) is a species of bird in the Muscicapidae family. It is found in Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia,and Yemen.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.
