Realmonte (Sicilian: Muntiriali) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Agrigento in the Italian region Sicily, located about 90 km south of Palermo and about 10 km west of Agrigento.
Realmonte borders the following municipalities: Agrigento, Porto Empedocle, Siculiana.
A popular tourist attraction in the town is the Scala dei Turchi.
History
It is not known when the municipality was founded, but its origins probably go back to the second half of the seventeenth century.
