Rasul Khadem Azghadi (Persian: رسول خادم ازغدی, born February 17, 1972 in Mashhad) is an Iranian wrestler who has won a Bronze medal in the 1992 Summer Olympics and a gold medal in the 1996 Summer Olympics. He is also the 1994 and 1995 world champion and the 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996 Asian champion. He was trained by his father Mohammad Khadem, and he is the brother of Amir Reza Khadem.

He had been a Tehran City Councillor from 2003 to 2013 .

He is currently President of Iran Wrestling Federation, being elected for the position on 4 Jan 2014.

Also, he, that before this, was the technical director of Iran's wrestling national teams & head coach of Iran's freestyle wrestling national team for about 2 years (Jan 2012 - Dec 2014), re-elected and was retained as head coach of Iran's freestyle wrestling national team on 12 Jan 2014 .

In addition, he has elected as Executive Board member of National Olympic Committee of Islamic Republic of Iran (N.O.C.I.R.IRAN) on 20 Jan 2014 .
