Rasmaadhoo is one of the inhabited islands in Raa Atoll Maldives.
It has a population of 825.The president of council is AHMED MAAHIR, he is elected as a DRP member. Other members of the island council includes Thoha Rasheed (MDP) Ahmed Saleem (DRP) Murthala Rasheed (DRP) and Hameed. Most men of Rasmaadhoo are fishermen and Rasmaadhoo is famous for surfing and Boduberu. Most of the islanders have migrated to the Capital City Male.
