The Ranvet Stakes is an Australian Turf Club Group 1 2000 metre weight-for-age Thoroughbred horse race for three year olds and over, run at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse in Sydney Australia, early in March each year. Total prizemoney is A$400,000.^[1]

• 1903–1987 was known as the Rawson Stakes (named after Sir Harry Holdsworth Rawson, Governor of New South Wales from 27 May 1902 to 27 May 1909)
• 1988–1990 known as the ‘Segenhoe Stakes’
• 1991 onwards - Ranvet Stakes ^[2]
