Rangeview High School is a public high school in Aurora, Colorado. It is the second newest of five high schools in Aurora Public Schools. The school offers a variety of Advanced Placement courses.
The school is being used as a polling station and was featured on CNN, with Dan Simon reporting.
Building
Rangeview High School was built and open in the 1980s. The building consists of one large main gymnasium, one small gym, a swimming pool, an Auditorium, a commons, a dual weight room, and a media center. Along with that, Rangeview contains over eighty academic classrooms. The academic portion of the school is shaped in a square. There are four hallways in a square shape that circulate on the second floor of the school. Students use these hallways during passing periods. The building was only built to accommodate 1800 students, however it has exceeded the maximum capacity by 400.

Rivalries
Rangeview's rival school is Gateway High School, also part of Aurora Public Schools. The rivalry has lasted for over twenty years, and every year they play a football game to see who wins the Anvil. Last year in 2012, the Rangeview Raiders beat Gateway by one point in the fourth quarter (25–24) keeping the Anvil for the fourth year in a row.
In 2013, Rangeview beat their rivals once again (7-6).
