Rangdajied United FC is an Indian football club based in Meghalaya which is a state of India. The club was founded in 1987. Currently they are the winners of the I-League 2nd Division and will be playing in I-league in 2013-2014 season.
History
Rangdajied United from 1987 to now have not played in the top division of India (I-League). For the 2011 season Rangdajied United played in the I-League 2nd Division and finished second place in Group B and qualified for the 2011 I-League 2nd Division Final Round but that is how far they went, as Rangdajied United only finished in fourth place just missing out on promotion to the I-League.
Rangdajied have qualified for I-League next season by winning the 2013 I-League 2nd Division Final Round held at Bangalore.
Sponsor
Rangdajied United is sponsored by Italian athletic footwear and apparel manufacturer Diadora. It is the First Indian soccer club to be sponsored by Diadora.
They also have Football Solutions, a New Delhi based Football Consultancy Firm as a sponsor.
