Randy Ball (born February 23, 1951) is the Director of Player Personnel for the Las Vegas Locomotives of the United Football League. He was a college football coach for the Western Illinois University Leathernecks from 1990 until 1998. His career coaching record at Western Illinois was 64 wins, 41 losses, and 1 ties. This ranks him first at Western Illinois in total wins and sixth at Western Illinois in winning percentage.[1]
After coaching at Western Illinois, Ball was head football coach for seven season at Missouri State University[2] with a record of 34 wins and 42 losses.[3]
