Ramshir (Persian: رامشير; also Romanized as Rāmshīr and Ram Shahr; formerly known as Khalas Abad and Khalafābād)[1] is a city in and the capital of Ramshir County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 24,782, in 4,604 families.[2]
