Ramsay family
The Ramsay family is a fictional family on the Australian soap opera Neighbours. The cul-de-sac, which is the central focus of the series is named after the family.
No.24 has been associated with the Ramsay family since the show began in 1985.[1]
In 2001 Madge, the last member of the Ramsay family left to date, died[2] and for eight years the family were not represented. In 2009, it was announced that three new members of the Ramsay family were to move into the street. They were the three Ramsay children, Kate, Harry and Sophie.[3]
The first members of the Ramsay family to be seen were Max, his wife Maria and their two children Shane and Danny. Max, like his father, Dan, aunt Maud, and grandfather, Jack before him, grew up in Number 24, along with his siblings Madge and Tom.
