Ralph Mooney

Ralph Mooney (September 16, 1928 – March 20, 2011)^[1] was a well known steel guitar player.^[2] He played with many country and western artists, including Buck Owens, Merle Haggard and played in Waylon Jennings' band for two decades.^[3]
